Gumuz Music from Sudan

I found this 47 minute recording of music attributed to the Gumuz People in Sudan on YouTube. I wish I had heard music like this while I was conducting field work in the Blue Nile Valley. My translator did share a Gumuz song he recorded on his phone about the Blue Nile (Abay in Ethiopia) River. I remember he told me that one of the lyrics was about drinking the Nile waters, about having the waters in their guts. Thanks to John Johnson for posting this! This guy's channel includes some Gypsy Hungarian music - another personal favorite of mine. Enjoy!
