Aaron Wolf's Research Overview on Water Conflict and Cooperation. Example of Himalaya waters

Aaron Wolf, my advisor at Oregon State University, speaks about his research and refers to the databases he, and his students and colleagues, built and we maintain for transboundary water basins. Aaron has been working on water conflict resolution for decades and continues his work as a peacemaker on these issues all over the world. He will be speaking at the Wilson Center in Washington DC at 3pm 24 February about water conflict and cooperation - what the mechanisms are for maintaining peace through change in a basin. Check him out!
